    I love that you can have it send out email reminders- this saves me from having to remember who actually needs a reminder and who is adult enough to show up to the appt they made.
    I also love not having to return phone calls & play phone tag- The other day I had 4 people schedule with no calls for me to return! I have my outgoing vm message directing them to schedule online.

    Also, the smart ones who like their specific day/time have booked out 3-4 sessions in advance!

    Our office decided to try online scheduling. At first, several of the therapists were hesitant, but agreed to try it for 30 days. The client response was immediate! We didn't realize that more than 50% of our clientele was online. Our bookings have increased. The VM message after hours has been changed to tell clients they can book online. The therapists love it because they get immediate text messages when bookings happen and they can go online to add/subtract availability. The office loves it because it sends out automatic email reminders, tracks gift certificate use, etc. After the 30 day trial, the therapists were clamoring for us to keep the online scheduler. So, if you are not sure, you should at least give it a 30-day trial. Most companies offer 30-day trials for free.

    The therapists also upsell the ease of use of the online scheduler to clients, reminding them that it is available 24/7. No more phone tag!

    While it has cut down remarkably on phone tag calls. We still occasionally get the before and after-hours calls. We may have to look into a 24/7 answering service in the future.
