I find what works best for me - is to enter in my sessions and expenses throughout the day, as they happen. (It's so easy with Bodywork Buddy massage software!) While my client is getting off the table, I enter in my notes and session details, so that when they come out all relaxed, I am ready to enter their payment into the system. Seriously, it only takes a minute. Getting into this habit will save you so much time & energy come tax time/year end.
